I did my dental internship with Dr. Sartini in 2003
and was thrilled when they called me with an opening
here. All the ladies here are so nice and the patients
are just good folks. My hope is that you leave here
feeling like you just visited with some very good friends.
Hi, my name is Maria. I’ve
been with Dr. Sartini since 1999.
I handle the patient insurance and financing. It’s
always a joy to be able to help people get the dental
treatment they need and the smile they’ve always
dreamed of. She did mine! While she’s not only
a great dentist, I feel fortunate to work for such
an honest, fair and generous business woman as Dr.
Sartini.
I’m Amanda and I’m
Dr. Sartini’s personal assistant. I been in dentistry
since 2001 and here since 2003.I can honestly say,
it was when I came here that I learned top of the profession
dentistry. Dr. Sartini has taught me so much more than
the other offices I’ve worked in. It amazes me
every time how she can turn an ugly dark tooth, beautiful
and white! Seeing patients smile change in the little
bit of time it takes her, amazes me! Often times when
patients see the end result they are so surprised and
emotional, we all end up crying!! I do love my job
here, and knowing I had a part in that makes me feel
so good.

I’m Kathy. I’ve
been here since 2000.You may not see much of me; I’m
usually in the instrument room. I’m responsible
for being sure every treatment room is cleaned and
sterilized before each patient is seated and that all
the instruments Kim and the Doctor will be using are
sterile. Before working here,
I didn’t realize all that was involved in keeping
up with the state law recommendations for clean rooms.
Dr. Sartini goes beyond this.
I think that says a lot. I love working for her, and
I tell her that everyday!
HI! My name is Lori and I’ve been a hygienist for 12 years. I relocated here from Hendricks County. My husband is from Salem and we are both happy to return to his hometown. I feel very blessed to be a part of Dr. Sartini’s team. I know how an unhealthy mouth can cause other problems in the body and my goal as your hygienist is to teach you how to keep your teeth and gums healthy for a lifetime. I promise to be very gentle with you and make your visit comfortable.
Hi, my name is Tammy. I started here in August 2005, but I have been with Dr. Sartini as her nanny since 2001. Knowing her outside of the office I can say she is the same caring person at home as she is here. She is a Christian dedicated to her patients, family and staff. I realize that going to the dentist can be scary for some people. My goal is to make your visit with us comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it’s a warm blanket or holding your hand, I’m here for you!
We believe that making your smile the best it can be will
go a long way in improving your quality of life. A beautiful smile builds
